Please Read Carefully Before Using the Platform
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ibaji governing your access to and use of the ibaji platform, including all casino games, sports betting, payment services, and promotional offers. By registering an account or using any ibaji service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Important Notice: ibaji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Players are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the specific meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions is essential for correctly interpreting your rights and obligations as an ibaji player.

Where the context requires it, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to "these Terms" include any supplementary game-specific rules, promotion terms, and the ibaji Privacy Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between ibaji and the player.
Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and maintain an active ibaji account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ibaji strictly prohibits the use of the platform by anyone under 18. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
- Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from engaging in online gambling, you must not register.
- Single Account: You may hold only one active ibaji account. If you already hold an account and register an additional one, ibaji reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.
- Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and payment method details — must be accurate, current, and complete. ibaji uses this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on ibaji or any other platform where self-exclusion has been implemented.
- Personal Use: Your ibaji account must be used solely for your own personal entertainment. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, or permitting a third party to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
ibaji reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any of the above at any time, including but not limited to: a national identification document (NID card), passport, or birth certificate to confirm age and identity; a screenshot or statement from your bKash or Nagad account to confirm payment method ownership; and a selfie with your identification document for enhanced verification purposes. Refusal to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
By completing the ibaji registration process, you confirm that you satisfy all eligibility requirements, that all information you have provided is truthful, and that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. ibaji may, at its discretion, decline to open an account or close an existing account for any player who does not meet the eligibility criteria, whether discovered at registration or subsequently.
ibaji operates as an offshore platform accessible to players in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gambling is lawful under the laws applicable to them. ibaji does not provide legal advice regarding local gambling laws. Players who choose to use ibaji do so of their own accord and at their own legal risk.
Account Obligations and Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ibaji account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your registered mobile number.
Password Security: You must choose a strong, unique password for your ibaji account and must not share it with any other person. ibaji staff will never ask you for your password via any channel, including email, social media, or phone. Any communication purporting to be from ibaji and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ibaji at [email protected] immediately with the subject line "URGENT: Account Security". ibaji will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account pending resolution. ibaji is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
Account Activity: You are responsible for all activity conducted through your ibaji account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. This includes all bets placed, all withdrawals requested, and all bonuses claimed. If you believe a transaction was made in error or without your authorisation, contact support within 24 hours.
Strictly Prohibited: Sharing your account credentials with another person, allowing another person to operate your account, or using another player's account credentials — for any reason, including as a favour or as part of an arrangement — is a serious violation of these Terms. ibaji will close all implicated accounts, void all related bets and balances, and may take further action as appropriate.
Account Updates: You must keep your registered details current and accurate. If your mobile number, email address, or payment method details change, you must update your ibaji account promptly. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may delay payment processing and prevent ibaji from reaching you regarding important account matters.
Inactive Accounts: An ibaji account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as inactive. ibaji reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, details of which are available by contacting [email protected]. Players will be notified at their registered contact details before any fee is applied. Account reactivation is available at any time by simply logging back in and verifying your identity.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All financial transactions on ibaji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ibaji does not charge currency conversion fees, and your ibaji wallet balance is always denominated in BDT. The following terms apply to all deposits, withdrawals, and payment method usage on the platform.
Deposits: The minimum single deposit on ibaji is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ibaji at the platform level, though individual payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own per-transaction and daily limits in accordance with Bangladesh Bank regulations. Deposits are credited to your ibaji wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ibaji is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests from your ibaji wallet to your registered bKash or Nagad number are reviewed and dispatched in the order in which they are received. ibaji aims to process standard withdrawal requests within a prompt timeframe following submission, subject to the completion of any required KYC verification. Withdrawal amounts must not exceed your available real-money balance. Bonus balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirement is not eligible for withdrawal.
Payment Method Ownership: You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. ibaji does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and withdrawals will only be processed to the same method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made, except where ibaji specifically approves an alternative at its discretion. Any attempt to use a payment method that does not belong to you is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.
Accepted Payment Methods: ibaji currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional methods may be added from time to time. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or mobile wallet provider in connection with ibaji transactions. ibaji does not impose deposit or withdrawal processing fees on standard transactions.
Withdrawal Limits: Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable per-day or per-week withdrawal limits are displayed in the ibaji account dashboard at the time of requesting a withdrawal. ibaji reserves the right to adjust these limits and will notify players of material changes via the contact details registered on their account.
Failed and Reversed Transactions: If a deposit is credited to your ibaji wallet but subsequently reversed or charged back by your payment provider for any reason, ibaji reserves the right to deduct the reversed amount from your current wallet balance. If the deduction results in a negative balance, the shortfall becomes an immediately repayable debt. Any bets placed using funds that are subsequently reversed may be voided at ibaji's discretion.
Anti-Money Laundering: ibaji takes its obligations to prevent money laundering and financial crime seriously. ibaji reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into a player's account where there is reasonable cause to do so. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays, account restriction, or account closure. ibaji cooperates fully with any lawful authority in connection with financial crime investigations.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
ibaji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms, as well as the specific terms attached to each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific offer's terms, the specific offer terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your ibaji account must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement, stated as a multiplier such as 20x, 30x, or 40x) before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in eligible bets to be placed before withdrawal is available.
Eligible Games: Not all games on ibaji contribute equally toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. Live casino table games, slots, and sports betting may contribute at different rates — typically 100% for slots, varying percentages for live casino games, and potentially 0% for certain table game variants. The contribution rates applicable to each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on games with 0% contribution do not count toward wagering requirements.
Bonus Expiry: All bonuses are time-limited. If the applicable wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the bonus validity period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your account. The validity period for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms and begins at the time the bonus is credited to your account.
Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus balance is active on your account, the maximum single bet permitted is ৳500 per round or spin, unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the specific bonus terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided and related winnings being forfeited.
Bonus Abuse: ibaji monitors bonus usage across all accounts. Strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk — commonly referred to as bonus abuse, bonus hunting, or arbitrage — are prohibited. If ibaji determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, whether individually or as part of a coordinated group, ibaji reserves the right to void all bonuses, void associated winnings, and close the player's account. Indicators that ibaji may consider evidence of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: low-risk betting patterns with an active bonus, irregular deposit-to-bonus-claim ratios, and activity patterns consistent with coordinated multi-account behaviour.
Promotional Changes: ibaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect players who have already received and are actively using a bonus at the time of the change. ibaji also reserves the right to restrict the eligibility of specific player accounts for promotional offers where there is evidence of abuse.
Seasonal Promotions: ibaji may offer special promotions aligned with key Bangladeshi cultural and sporting events, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), the BPL season, and major ICC cricket tournaments. These seasonal promotions are governed by the same general bonus terms and any additional specific terms published at the time of the offer.
Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the ibaji platform — including live casino games, RNG table games, slots, crash games, and sports betting — are provided by certified third-party game studios and sports data providers. The specific rules governing each game are determined by the relevant game provider and are accessible within each game's interface. ibaji adopts those rules as part of its platform offering.
Game Provider Rules: By playing any game on ibaji, you agree to be bound by the rules set by the applicable game provider (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi), in addition to these ibaji Terms. In the event of a technical error, server interruption, or disputed outcome, the game provider's records and the ibaji transaction logs constitute the authoritative record of what occurred.
Random Number Generation: All RNG-based games (slots, table games, virtual sports) on ibaji use certified random number generation software. ibaji does not alter, influence, or have access to modify the outcome of any RNG game. Players who believe they have experienced a malfunction in an RNG game should contact [email protected] with the game name, date and time, and their account details so ibaji can escalate the matter to the relevant game provider.
Live Casino Games: Live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, game shows) are streamed in real time from the studios of ibaji's live casino providers. Outcomes are determined by real physical events (cards drawn, roulette ball landing) and are final once confirmed by the dealer or the provider's system. Disputes relating to live game outcomes are reviewed by the relevant live casino provider and ibaji will communicate the provider's final determination to the affected player.
Sports Betting: Sports betting on ibaji covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC series, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports as available. All odds are set by ibaji's sports data partner and are subject to change until the relevant market is closed. Settlement of sports bets is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). ibaji reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a data error in the odds offered.
Malfunctions and Technical Issues: In the event of a game or platform malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet, ibaji reserves the right to void all bets affected by the malfunction and refund the corresponding stake to the player's ibaji wallet. ibaji will not honour payouts resulting from a clearly erroneous odds display or a game software error. Players are encouraged to report any suspected malfunction promptly.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ibaji platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, including false name, date of birth, mobile number, or payment method details, during registration or at any point thereafter.
- Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one ibaji account, whether under the same or different personal details. This includes registering a new account following the closure of a previous one, unless ibaji has explicitly approved reregistration.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hand information in live poker variants or coordinating betting patterns to exploit promotions.
- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through low-risk betting strategies, coordinated multi-account claiming, or any other method designed to extract bonus value in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
- Chargeback Fraud: Disputing legitimate ibaji transactions with your bank or payment provider after receiving the corresponding gaming service. Chargeback fraud constitutes theft and will be pursued accordingly.
- Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other non-human means to interact with ibaji games or the ibaji platform. All gameplay and platform activity must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting a known technical error, software bug, or erroneous odds in ibaji games or the sports betting platform. Any winnings derived from a known error will be voided.
- Underage Access: Attempting to register or use the ibaji platform while under the age of 18, or knowingly facilitating access by a person under 18.
- Money Laundering: Using the ibaji platform as a vehicle to launder funds obtained through criminal activity. ibaji maintains robust transaction monitoring and will report suspicious financial activity as required by applicable law.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: Where ibaji determines, on reasonable grounds, that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, ibaji may take any or all of the following actions: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void all pending and settled bets associated with the prohibited activity; forfeit all wallet balances (real-money and bonus) in the account; withhold any pending withdrawal requests pending investigation; and share information with third parties, including payment processors and law enforcement, as required by law or to protect ibaji's legitimate interests.
Account Suspension and Closure
Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your ibaji account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Your request should include your registered mobile number and a brief statement of your reason for closure (e.g., self-exclusion, no longer wishing to use the platform). ibaji will process your closure request promptly and confirm via return email. Any real-money balance remaining in your wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided no bonus balance remains subject to wagering conditions.
ibaji-Initiated Suspension: ibaji reserves the right to suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- A request from a regulatory authority, payment processor, or law enforcement body.
- A required KYC verification document has been requested but not provided within the specified timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or money-laundering activity in connection with your account.
- A chargeback or payment dispute has been raised in connection with your account.
- A self-exclusion request has been received for your account.
Where ibaji suspends an account pending investigation, ibaji will communicate with you via your registered contact details and will aim to resolve the matter and lift the suspension (or proceed to closure with appropriate notification) as quickly as possible. During a suspension, access to the platform is restricted and no withdrawals will be processed until the investigation is concluded.
ibaji-Initiated Permanent Closure: Where ibaji determines, following investigation, that a serious breach of these Terms has occurred, ibaji may permanently close your account. In such cases, ibaji's liability to return any wallet balance is limited to the amount of real-money deposits made that were not used in bets, less any bonus balance that was credited to the account.
Self-Exclusion as Closure: Players who wish to close their account as a responsible gaming measure should explicitly request self-exclusion. ibaji's self-exclusion process is separate from standard account closure and carries additional protections — a self-excluded player cannot re-register on ibaji during the exclusion period, and ibaji will make reasonable efforts to ensure that marketing communications are not sent to self-excluded players. Cooling-Off Period: ibaji offers a cooling-off period as a shorter-term alternative to full self-exclusion. Players may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which their account will be temporarily inaccessible. This option is useful for players who want a short break from gaming without permanently closing their account. Contact [email protected] to request a cooling-off period.
General Provisions
Governing Language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. English is the governing language for all ibaji player communications, dispute resolution, and legal proceedings. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience is non-binding.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the ibaji Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and any specific game or promotion rules referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between ibaji and the player with respect to use of the platform and supersede all prior communications and representations.
No Waiver: Any failure by ibaji to enforce a right or provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision on any subsequent occasion. ibaji's rights under these Terms are cumulative and not alternative.
Amendments: ibaji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published at ibaji.club/terms-conditions with the updated effective date. Continued use of the ibaji platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
